Why STEP Matters
STEP (Support. Teach. Empower. Prepare.) bridges the gap between the classroom and the workforce. We provide age-appropriate lessons that help students discover their interests while building the universal skills that every industry demands. Because STEP plugs directly into existing school models, it ensures every student gets equitable access to career prep - without the need for a scheduling overhaul.
