STEP Forward: 10th Grade

10th grade focuses on SMART career goal-setting, deeper postsecondary exploration, and workplace readiness.  Students expand their Talent Portfolio by updating their career research reflections, revising their resumes, and adding a postsecondary pathway plan.  They will also explore important financial literacy concepts such as budgeting, savings, and credit, and they will begin learning how to network professionally.  The year ends with a Career Action Plan in which students set tangible steps for their short-, mid-, and long-term career goals.
